How Do You Order Monat Products?

There are 3 ways to purchase:

What Makes Monat Products different from Salon quality hair products?

Monat Products are not only clinically proven to restore hair to it’s natural health.

You will not and will never find in any MONAT products that contain:

  • NO Parabens – Could be linked to chronic disorders.
  • NO Sulfates – irritating to skin and scalp.
  • NO DEA/MEA – can be irritating to skin and eyes and could be linked to chronic disorders.

How much is shipping?

Shipping only really applies if you are a retail customer.

If you are a VIP customer, the best way to purchase and receive free shipping is through the flex-ship option. You choose a date (within 2 months) to order your next order of product. If you are not ready to order, log in or call customer support to push back your order until you are ready to order again. You must meet a minimum of $84 to qualify for free order and a minimum of $110 to receive the free ‘Only for You’ Gift.

Same rules apply for a Market Partner, in order to get free shipping, order through your flex-ship to receive free shipping. Or receive free shipping through Flash Sale orders

Most flash sales also offer free shipping and you can order flash sale items without a flex ship order.

My hair is thinning, how does Monat products help hair regrow?

Rejuveniqe Oil is infused in most of the Monat products that is the key ingredient that is why Monat products works to improve the overall strength and luster of your hair. Capixil, Crodasorb, and Procataline are 3 of the 11 botanical oil blends that are proven to reduce hair shed and provide the nutrients for naturally healthier scalp.

Capixil is an ingredient containing Red Clover Extract, it is a gentle moisturizer that reduces scalp inflammation, strengthens and thickens hair strands, and hydrates the scalp to stimulate natural, noticeable hair growth.

Procataline is is formulated from pea extract, it is a rich source of secondary metabolites, which quickly delivers nutrients to promote hair growth, and provides the scalp a healthy balance and provides powerful antioxidants to combat premature thinning. Procataline also reduces the production of the (DHT) hormone – that contributes to hair loss, and protects color and shine.

Crodasorb packs an intense defense against oxidative stress, protects from the sun’s damaging rays and resultant UVB damage. It also preserves hair’s natural pigmentation and keeps strands stronger and locks in moisture for shinier and healthier hair. Also resulting in a reduction of grey hairs and overall helps to smooth the cuticle for less damage and breakage overall.

Why are the products so expensive?

We use the top quality ingredients to produce the Monat products. Even the water we use medical grade water. With the choices of how you would like to purchase the Monat products, you can save upwards of $40CAD per system by purchasing as a Market Partner.

What is a Flash Sale and how often does it happen?

Flash sales are promotional sales that only VIP customers and Market Partners can partake in. New VIPs or Market Partners can access this sale and their first purchase can be a flash sale item.

On average, a Flash sale happens every 2-3 weeks – typically starting on a Friday and ending on a Sunday. Not often do the sales repeat month-after-month.

Where is Monat based out of?

Monat Global’s headquarters is located in Miami ,Florida, USA. They have offices in the United States, Canada and now opening a new global office in the United Kingdom.

What is Hair Detox and how long will it last?

Depends on person, detox may never happen or it can last a few months.

Remember that you didn’t damage your hair overnight, don’t always expect that the product will work right away.

Everyone’s detox is different, it all depends on what you’ve used in the past and how long the waxes have been built up on your scalp and hair.

Some people experience oily, some experience dryness, some people also experience additional hair shed at the beginning.

Give the products at least 90 days to see true results and where you will get through a natural hair shed cycle.

What if I am using negative reaction to the products?

All MONAT formulations, fragrance included, have been clinically tested for safety to ensure they do not promote irritation or allergic responses. Furthermore, all formulations use ingredients that Health Canada, the FDA, and the European Commission consider “safe for their intended cosmetic purpose.”

There have been a number of misleading claims about our products circulating on social media. That is why was created to correct the record, and to prove the latest scientific studies about our products.

In the unlikely event that a consumer would experience a negative reaction to MONAT, we encourage him or her to stop using the products and to consult with a physician. Product safety is of upmost importance to us, and we ask Market Partners to share any unusual experiences their customers may have had with us so that we can immediately address those concerns.

Do I have to sell if I become a Market Partner?
